How it works
Uploading the RFQ
Your client has sent you an RFQ containing hundreds or even thousands of products. Each line includes a description of what they need, often vague, incomplete, or phrased completely differently from how your products are named in the catalog. You simply upload the RFQ to Offy (or let Offy automatically fetch it from an e-mail or a shared folder). Whether the request came in Excel, PDF, or any other format, Offy can handle it, no need to convert it into a specific template.
Automatic Matching
Offy gets to work. In the cloud, he processes every single line of the RFQ, intelligently searching for the best-matching product in your catalogue.
What would normally take long minutes of manual searching, Offy completes in just seconds, and he does this for every single item in the RFQ.
Displaying the Best Matches
For each item, Offy shows you up to four top product matches from your catalogue that best correspond to the customer’s description. You can see the customer’s request side by side with your products, just compare and click to confirm the right one.

Review and Confirmation

Export to Your Quoting System
